Complete the Following 2 Steps
Step 1: CREATE AN INVOICE
As outlined in your agreement you are a contractor and an invoice will need to be submitted.
How to Use this webpage: You can create your own Invoice (feel free to review the reference templates if you need help). Note: We are not providing the invoice for you, these are simply examples for reference. All items written in “Green” should be customized.
Who to make Invoice Out to: Bill invoice out to: Set on a Hill LLC
Do not put a person’s name as you are billing only the business.
Information to Include in your Invoice:
- Name to Put on the Payment: This could be your legal full name, Business name, Your Agency’s Name, Your Agent or Manager’s name
- Invoice Due Date: As outlined in your signed agreement**
- Days/Units: Total Days Contracted
- Rate: Daily/Half Day as outlined in the agreement
- Invoice Total: What is the total
- Zelle Payment Email Address: We typically pay via Zelle
- Zelle Payment Phone Number
- Address to Send a Payment to: i.e. If we had to send a physical check
Note: If you have an agent or manager, we will only send the payment to one person so please decide.

Then upload completed Invoices and other requested documents to Dropbox via the Upload link UPLOAD HERE
Naming: Name the file as “FirstName LastName_Invoice.pdf”
Step 2: SUBMIT INVOICE
Upload your completed Invoice to Dropbox.
Naming: Name the file as “FirstName LastName_Invoice.pdf”
