EVENT AGENDA:

  • 10:00am Setup
  • 12:00pm (noon)
    • Hair assistants Volunteers arrive
    • Hair Modeling Cast Arrives
  • 1:00pm General Cast Arrives
  • 2:00pm DJ Dance Party – We will dance along to Spread Your Wings and Fly
    • Photo Opp: Everyone will be given a feather and will be shown the dance moves. Our dancers and cast will dance along with DJ Princess Ellie to our hit song Spread Your Wings and Fly. This is a song that encourages everyone to move past discouragement and to believe in themselves again!
  • 2:30pm Braid Tutorial: We will show the attendees how to do a basic braid and twist
  • 3:00pm 🍿Movie + Popcorn – we will watch the Movie version of the kids show
    • Premiere: We will play the 20minute Film and Music Video
    • Popcorn: We will pass out snacks & refreshments to the attendees
  • 3:30pm Announce Winners Film Festival Award+ Share Success Stories
    • Film Festival Awards: We applied to a film festival and we will announce if there were any wins. If necessary certificates will be passed out.
    • Audience Prizes: We will also share prizes for any groups or kids who watched the film and got the answers right.
  • 4:00pm Hair Fashion Show on the Red Carpet
    • Hair Fashion show: This will be a simple hair show that will last 20 minutes, the talent will walk down and back.
  • 4:30pm Interview: There will be 4 Directors chairs. We will have an interview with Founder Ms. Ekaette Elizabeth Shammah and with a few cast members. We will also give Glow+ Flow owners the chance to share their heart for the community.
  • 5:00pm End of the Event and Cleanup

The event ends at 5pm.
